Developed through more than a decade of intensive research and testing, the Alpinestars Supertech R10 Solid Helmet is the brand’s most advanced full-face racing helmet for road and track use. Engineered to deliver exceptional protection, aerodynamic stability and reduced weight, it combines race-developed technology with refined comfort for demanding riders.

Certified to ECE 22.06, DOT and FIM standards, the Supertech R10 features a lightweight multi-layer carbon composite shell and an eight-piece, six-density EPS impact liner. Its CFD-tested aerodynamic profile, Optical Class 1 visor and advanced 11-vent airflow system provide high-speed stability, exceptional visibility and effective cooling.

The patented A-Head fitment system allows the helmet’s height and angle to be precisely adjusted, helping riders achieve a secure, personalised fit and lasting comfort on both the road and track.

Key features

Advanced impact-liner architecture

An eight-piece EPS liner with six different densities provides multi-zone impact-energy absorption. Its low-friction inner treatment allows controlled movement between the rider’s head and the helmet, helping to reduce rotational forces during an impact.

Collarbone-friendly chin-bar profile

The raised lower edge of the chin bar creates additional clearance around the collarbone. An extended EPP liner and flexible rubber covering soften the contact area, helping to reduce the risk of hard-edge impact against the clavicle.

Patented impact-management technology

A polished, low-friction inner surface allows the helmet and the rider’s head to move more independently during certain impacts. This helps manage torsional forces and reduce the rotational energy transmitted to the head.

Emergency cheek-pad release system

Clearly accessible pull tabs allow trained trackside or emergency personnel to remove the cheek pads quickly, enabling safer and easier helmet removal after an accident.

Vision and visor system

The Optical Class 1 visor delivers exceptional optical clarity and features anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments.
